Through close collaboration with local suppliers and taking on feedback from thousands of satisfied guests, our Executive Chef Darren has created three new menu packages sure to tantalise all taste buds!
From the traditional favourites to extraordinary taste sensations, Darren’s light touch combines with his extensive knowledge and experience of food to create delectable menus. Darren has worked for a range of high profile restaurants, both around the UK and in France. This experience refined his style and taught him the value of fresh, local food as well as exciting combinations that perfectly complement each other.
Darren approaches his craft as though it is a science; by applying the properties of each ingredient he ensures that each dish looks and tastes irresistible. The new menu includes delicious choices such as locally sourced Venison with chilli chocolate, Exmoor fillet Beef Wellington and roast butternut squash stuffed with Thai risotto. The dessert offering ranges from sweet fish and chips featuring hand made shortbread, chocolate ganache, pistachio ice cream and berry coulis served in a paper cone, lavender crème brûlée and champagne poached pear with hand made raspberry sorbet.
